Umingle Account Banned as Underage Despite Being 22

My Umingle account associated with the email address "algha***[email protected]" was permanently banned on 2 October 2026 for allegedly being under 18 years old. This ban is completely inaccurate because I am actually 22 years old, so the reason given does not reflect my real age. I understand and support the importance of protecting minors and enforcing safety rules on the platform. However, in my case there seems to have been a misunderstanding. I was joking and trolling individuals who were acting suspiciously or like predators on the app, but I did not have any harmful intention and was not trying to violate the platform rules. At no point did I pretend to be a minor to commit anything illegal or dangerous. The ban was applied without any prior warning or giving me the chance to verify my age, which I find very unfair. I am willing to provide identification or any other proof needed to verify that I am an adult and not under 18. I respectfully request that my case be reviewed carefully, my real age be taken into account, and that the permanent ban on my account be lifted so that I can continue to use Umingle in line with the community guidelines.
