Umingle Account Banned After Pressing F12 on Website by Mistake

I recently had my Umingle website account banned and I believe it happened by mistake. A few minutes before the ban, another user told me that if I pressed the F12 key, Umingle would turn orange as a sort of trick. I pressed F12 out of curiosity, and shortly afterwards I saw the “account banned” message when trying to access my account. Since then, every time I try to log in to the Umingle website I immediately get the “account banned” screen and I can no longer use my profile. I did not use any cheats, I did not try to hack the website and I did not intend to break any rules; I simply followed what another user suggested, without understanding that it could cause a problem. I kindly ask you to review my situation, explain the reason for the ban and, if possible, unblock my account, because I would like to continue using Umingle normally and in compliance with your rules.
