Umingle F11 Trap Caused My Ban – Unban My Account

I am an Umingle user and my account has just been banned unfairly. During a chat, the person I was talking to tricked me and told me to type “F11” in the message. As soon as I did that, my account was immediately banned even though I did not intend to break any rules or harm anyone. My blocked account ID is: 5c1a6b6f. I am using Umingle normally and I only followed what the other user told me to type, without knowing it could cause a ban. I believe this ban is a misunderstanding and I feel very disadvantaged by this situation. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and the ban on my account be removed so that I can use Umingle again. If necessary, please also check the chat with the user who asked me to type “F11”, as I was clearly misled.
