Umingle Wrongfully Banned My Account – Request Free Account Reactivation

I was banned from my Umingle account on my computer a short time ago and I do not understand the reason. Another user in the chat told me to type “m12”, and without knowing that this would lead to a ban, I wrote it in the chat. Right after that, my account was banned. I did not have any paid membership or purchases on my account, and I had no intention of breaking any rules. I was simply following what another user suggested and was not informed that this could be considered a violation. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and my Umingle account be unbanned, as I believe this was a misunderstanding. If there is a specific rule I violated by typing “m12”, I would also like to be informed so that I can avoid this in the future.
