Request For Umingle Unban

I am writing regarding a problem I am experiencing with my Umingle account on my iPhone. When I open Umingle and press on the video feature, a message appears on the screen stating that I am banned for being under 18. I am 28 years old and male, so this ban is clearly based on an incorrect age assessment. This message appears every time I try to use the video function, and I am unable to access the service properly. I have already contacted Umingle support and sent them proof that I am over 18, but I have not received any response so far, and my account remains banned. I request that my account be reviewed again, my age verification be accepted based on the proof I have provided, and that my account be unbanned so I can use Umingle’s video feature without restrictions.
