Umingle Account Ban Happened Before Any Age Verification Process
I was using the Umingle application on my iPhone 14 Pro when my account was suddenly banned on May 9 with a message claiming that I am not 18 years old.
This decision is incorrect because I am actually 18 years old, and before the ban I was never asked to complete any official age verification or identity confirmation process within the application. Because no verification opportunity was provided, I believe this restriction may have been applied incorrectly or automatically without properly checking my real age.
As a result of this ban, I can no longer access or use my Umingle account normally, even though I am eligible to use the platform according to the age requirements.
I respectfully request that my account be reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible. I also request that I be given the opportunity to verify my age through an appropriate verification process so that I can continue using Umingle in full compliance with the platform’s rules and policies.
