Umingle Account Banned Without Reason – Request Free Account Reactivation

I am writing regarding my Umingle normal user account, which has suddenly been banned even though I have not violated any rules or done anything wrong. When I try to log in, the screen shows that my account is banned and that I must purchase something to have it unbanned. I find it unfair and unacceptable that access to my account is blocked and that I am being asked to pay money to regain access when I have not committed any wrongdoing. I request that my Umingle account be checked in detail and immediately unbanned without any payment requirement, and that I be clearly informed about the reason for this ban if there is any legitimate one. I expect my access to be restored as soon as possible.
