My Umingle Account Was Banned Because Of Misunderstanding
I have been using Umingle’s dating service and on today’s date my account was suddenly banned. When I was chatting, I only mentioned that my favourite number is 17, but the system seems to have misunderstood this and treated it as if it was my age. I am 25 years old and an adult, and I did not intend to break any rules or misrepresent my age. As far as I know, I had no previous warnings or reports on my account. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, the misunderstanding about my age be corrected and my account be unbanned. I also ask that any age-related restriction placed on my profile because of this mistake be removed.
