My Umingle Account Has Been Banned

I am using the Umingle text chat with strangers service and my account has just been banned. The only thing I did before the ban was asking strangers about their gender while chatting, and after that my access to the service was suddenly blocked. I did not receive a clear explanation about the ban, and I believe this is a harsh decision for this situation. I respect your rules and I am ready to follow them carefully. I kindly request that you review this ban and unban my account so that I can continue using Umingle. I also confirm that I will not ask about gender again and will fully comply with your community guidelines.
