I Need Umingle to Review and Remove My Account Ban

I am writing regarding my Umingle dating account, which has been banned for the past 3–4 days without any clear explanation. I suddenly lost access to my account and did not receive any information about the reason for this ban. I do not know what could have caused this situation and I have not yet been able to contact support or receive any clarification.
