Ban On Umingle Account

I am writing regarding an unfair ban applied to my home Wi‑Fi connection on the Umingle website today. My ban ID is af2f8f98. The content that triggered this situation was sent by my friend as a joke from another device, but as a result my entire home Wi‑Fi seems to have been blocked from accessing Umingle. I did not personally send this explicit content, and it is not fair that my whole connection and access to the platform are now restricted because of someone else’s action on a different device. I have not been able to use Umingle at all from my home network since this happened. I kindly request that you review this ban in detail, take into account that the content was sent from another device by my friend, and remove the block on my home Wi‑Fi so I can access Umingle again.
