Misleading Course Purchase Refund Request on Udemy Delayed
On July 31, 2023, I purchased a 3-course course for 209 tl. When I logged in to the course, I saw that the course was completely different from the course advertisement and very inefficient. I left the course and opened a cancellation request to Udemy. The cancellation request was evaluated positively and it was stated that the refund would be deposited within 13 days at the latest. Although 17 days have passed since the cancellation request, there has still been no refund. I called my bank and confirmed that there was no refund. Why doesn't Udemy make refunds on time? I condemn Udemy's failure to make the refund as an example of irresponsibility, even from any e-commerce site, while the refund I made on the same day was refunded in the same hour. I think they send the refund on the wing of the dove, which still hasn't arrived.
