I Face Black Screen Issue When Watching Udemy Videos on Zen Browser

I’m using the latest version of Zen Browser on Windows 11. When I try to watch Udemy videos through this browser, none of the videos display or play any sound — the screen remains completely black. However, when I hover over the video seek bar, I can see preview images from the video.
This issue has been ongoing ever since I started using Zen Browser, and it happens with all Udemy content. When I use the same Udemy account on other browsers like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, everything works perfectly fine — videos play without any issues. Therefore, I believe this problem is not related to my account or personal settings.
I request that Udemy ensure compatibility with Zen Browser, so that videos can be properly played on this browser as well.
