Ubisoft Stole My Games After My Account Was Hacked—No Support, No Recovery

I purchased Assassin’s Creed Origins, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Far Cry 3, and Far Cry 5 on Steam. After my computer was infected with a virus, hackers took over my Ubisoft account and stole access to all my purchased games.
I contacted Ubisoft multiple times and provided every document and screenshot they requested, but they still refused to restore my account or return my games. Instead of helping, they made the process as difficult as possible.
Ubisoft, this is unacceptable! I paid for these games and deserve access to them. If you don’t fix this, I will never buy from you again. Gamers, beware—Ubisoft does NOT care about account security or customer support!
