I Lost Access to My Ubisoft Account Despite Providing Proof of Purchase and Hacking

I’ve completely lost faith in Ubisoft and no longer plan to purchase any of their games. When my PC was hacked, all my gaming accounts—EA, Riot, and Ubisoft—were compromised. While I was able to recover my EA and Riot accounts, Ubisoft has been the only platform unwilling to help.

I submitted all necessary proof, including screenshots of the email address and password change confirmations from the day of the hack, the purchase receipts from Epic Games and Steam, and even the last login dates. I also made it clear that I could provide more evidence if needed. Despite this, all I received were two automated rejections and a warning message, with no real support or resolution.

I own four Ubisoft games, including Valhalla, and I hadn’t even played them yet. Now, whenever I try to log in via Epic Games, I’m kicked out of the game by the person who stole my account. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing that a major game publisher like Ubisoft has such a careless attitude toward customer security and account recovery.

I expect immediate action to restore my account or at least provide a way to reclaim access to the games I legally purchased. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
