Ubisoft Repeatedly Closes My Case Without Fixing an Account Matching Error

I'm experiencing a long-unresolved account matching issue while trying to play Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 5, which I purchased through Steam, via Ubisoft. Even though the games show up in my Steam library and a connection is established with my Ubisoft account when I try to launch them, I get an error saying "linked to another account," and I can't connect to the game.
This problem has persisted since December 2025, and during this time, I've tried launching the game repeatedly — at least 20–30 times. I opened three separate cases with Ubisoft support. I was asked for purchase documentation and account details proving I bought the game through Steam, and I submitted all of it in full. Despite this, the cases were closed without the problem being resolved, and I still can't access the games.
Despite my prolonged efforts, no permanent or clear solution has been provided, and I'm genuinely exhausted at this point and want my situation to be taken seriously. I am requesting that this matching issue be investigated through my associated Ubisoft account, c**********@hotmail.com, that my games be correctly linked to the right account, and that other users who might experience the same issue be warned about this problem.
