I purchased Rainbow Six Siege on Steam, expecting to play it directly from there. Instead, I was forced to link my account to Ubisoft, which I reluctantly did—but the game still won’t launch. I have reached out to Ubisoft support multiple times, and their responses have been nothing short of dismissive and unhelpful. At this point, they’ve stopped responding entirely.
If I bought the game on Steam, I should be able to launch it from Steam. I have tried every possible troubleshooting step—verifying files, reinstalling the game, checking emails, following online guides, and even contacting Ubisoft by phone. Nothing works.
This entire experience has shown me how unreliable Ubisoft’s system is, and I will never use their platform again. I will also warn others about these issues and advise against purchasing Ubisoft games. Since support is non-existent, I am deleting the game permanently. Ubisoft, thank you for nothing.
