Ubisoft Account Hacked and Set for Deletion Despite Ticket

I am writing because my Ubisoft account, which is linked to my email and Steam, was hacked and I am currently unable to fully secure or properly recover it. Today I noticed that although I could still log in, the email address on the account was changed to one that is not mine, and the date of birth information was also altered without my consent. I immediately contacted Ubisoft Support, provided as much evidence as I could, and shared my actual account details. In response, I was given a ticket to confirm account ownership. However, I am unable to complete this verification because the hacker has already changed the critical information that Ubisoft now uses to confirm ownership. My ticket number with support is 26112099. At the moment, I still have limited control over the stolen account, but the account is now set for deletion within about 30 days. This puts me in a very difficult position, because if the deletion goes through before proper recovery, I will lose the account completely even though I am the legitimate owner. I request that my access to the account be restored, the unauthorized changes (email and date of birth) be reversed, and the deletion process be immediately suspended while my ownership is properly investigated. I am ready to provide any additional evidence that may be required to prove that I am the true owner of this account, and I ask that my case under ticket 26112099 be urgently re‑evaluated before the account is deleted.
