I purchased The Crew 2 on Steam, but when I tried to launch the game, it redirected me to the Ubisoft account creation screen. I followed all the steps to create a new account, ensuring I met every requirement. The password was marked as strong, all fields were filled in correctly, and I agreed to the terms and conditions.

However, no matter what I do, the account creation fails, and I remain stuck on the same screen. This is incredibly frustrating as I cannot access the game I purchased. I expect Ubisoft to resolve this issue immediately and provide clear instructions or fixes so I can play the game. Please address this matter promptly.
