Unexpected Account Restriction Issue in Ubisoft Growtopia

I'm having a problem with my Ubisoft Growtopia account being restricted, and I can't figure out why. I recently began playing the game and was surprised to discover that my account had been restricted, despite the fact that I hadn't logged in or entered any world. Even after multiple login attempts and clearing all data, I still keep getting a "restricted" warning. Every time I started the game, inputted my age, selected "connect to the world," and was instantly greeted with the restriction notice.
