Fix Hacked Ubisoft Uplay Account Linked to Steam & Recover Games
About a year ago, my Ubisoft account, which I primarily use through the Uplay launcher and which is linked to my Steam account, was hacked. The person who gained access changed both the email address and the password, so I can no longer log in to my Ubisoft account. My Steam is still linked to that same Ubisoft account, and I have full proof of ownership, including purchase records and account link information. As soon as I noticed the hack around one year ago, I contacted Ubisoft support and clearly explained the situation. I provided all the requested information and supporting screenshots and emails showing that the account is mine and that it is still connected to my Steam profile. Despite this, Ubisoft has not helped me recover the account, and I remain locked out. I have also encountered repeated login lockout messages on the Ubisoft login screen after trying to regain access. Because of this situation, I cannot access the Ubisoft games I bought via Steam, including Watch Dogs: Legion, Tom Clancy's The Division 2 Warlords of New York Edition and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint, even though I can still see them in my Steam library and have receipts for these purchases. I had already spent many hours playing these games before the hack, so losing access to them despite my clear ownership is very upsetting. I am requesting that Ubisoft finally resolve this issue by restoring full access to my original Ubisoft account to me, based on the proofs I have already shared, or by providing an equivalent solution so that I can use my games and services again without further loss of time.
