I've been using Uber for years, but their recent "Balloon Campaign" has really let me down. They don't care about corporate ethics at all in this sneaky campaign. They just cancel rides without thinking about how much money it costs passengers. I recently got caught up in this scam, thinking I was in for a nice and enjoyable experience, only to have my plans suddenly canceled. Uber totally pulled a mean prank on me, leaving me stuck and super annoyed. It's really frustrating to see a huge company like Uber doing such shady stuff. I've decided to take action by submitting a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Uber, a company that I had trusted for a long time, has disappointed me.
