Turkcell Added ₺80 Detailed Billing Fee to My Bill Without My Consent
"Turkcell has added insult to injury by postponing a simple refund process to February 2025. They were supposed to refund the money taken under the name of a detailed invoice, but they have officially stalled with excuses and wordiness."
I just logged into the Turkcell app and saw an unexpected charge of ₺80 for... something called a “detailed billing fee” on my statement. This is the fir
