Turkcell Added ₺80 Detailed Billing Fee to My Bill Without My Consent

I just logged into the Turkcell app and saw an unexpected charge of ₺80 for something called a “detailed billing fee” on my statement. This is the first time I've come across something like this, and it was just added to my bill without me asking for it or agreeing to it. I looked over the charges, and there it was—an extra ₺80 for something I didn’t even request. It really feels like Turkcell is taking advantage of me here, banking on the fact that customers might overlook those extra charges. I'm really worried about this approach and feel disappointed with how Turkcell is managing the billing. This situation has made me rethink my decision about the provider I chose.

Turkcell has added insult to injury by postponing a simple refund process to February 2025. They were supposed to refund the money taken under the name of a detailed invoice, but they have officially stalled with excuses and wordiness.
