Turkcell Charged Me After I Faced Network Issues at Work
For ten days, I experienced network issues with the Turkcell operator at my workplace and reported the problem to them. I waited patiently for a few days, hoping it would be resolved, but nothing changed. As a result, I urgently switched to another operator and informed Turkcell about this. Despite not using any of the internet or minutes and being left in a completely unusable and frustrating situation for 12 days, I was still patient. The issue remained unresolved, and after changing operators, I was charged a cancellation fee. This is truly unacceptable. I urgently request that this situation be addressed; otherwise, I will pursue legal action, submit all relevant documents, and report Turkcell as a faulty service provider.
