Arçelik 8916151100 FK-6310 Coffee Maker Safety Concerns
Last Saturday, February 24th, I bought an Arçelik 8916151100 FK-6310 filter coffee maker from Marmara Forum Mall. But, after only a week of using it, I noticed that the cable began to get hot when I plugged it into the outlet. I'm curious about who would be held accountable for any potential consequences if this occurred while I was away from home. The service might mention grounding problems as a potential cause, but I consistently plug in different devices, like an air fryer and toaster, into the same outlet without any problems. However, this recently acquired item is encountering some issues. Once the cable is replaced and returned to me, I expect to hear from the service, insisting that it was replaced under warranty even though it was my mistake. I'm not sure how this situation will be resolved and how an apology will be given, but I expect immediate action and an apology.
