TrustRadius Rejected My Verified Software Review Without a Clear Reason
Using my LinkedIn, I signed into TrustRadius, completed all the necessary forms, and based on actual usage of the tool, produced a strong review. I have done this on other top review sites before, and they had no trouble accepting my reviews—especially when I showed evidence of use. They straight-up denied my review, stating it fell short of their criteria, using TrustRadius. Given how quickly they discounted it without any appropriate justification, it felt, quite honestly, discriminating—perhaps even racist. It irritates me as I try to be honest and open. I would definitely rethink if you were considering using TrustRadius whether you wanted to create or read reviews. Simply said, the time or effort would not be justified. Steer clear of their deceptive style.
