Trust Wallet Withdrawal Process Left Me Short Hundreds of Dollars

I was finally able to withdraw only the funds that were visible in my Trust Wallet. I was then told to send $400 to the TRX account TEoYiGTc****6owFh4QXuU and to email a screenshot of the transfer to the email address they provided. They stated that once this was done, the transfer of funds would proceed.

I spoke with someone who told me that $4,300 out of a total of $8,300 had been sent to my Binance account, and that the remaining amount had not been sent. However, I originally had $3,850, and only $2,750 actually appeared in my Binance balance.
