Trust Wallet Stops USDT Withdrawal Citing AML and Requests 23,955 USDT
When I attempted to withdraw my principal funds and accumulated profits totaling 479,909.901 USDT from my Trust Wallet cold wallet, my transactions were stopped on November 25, 2025, citing AML (anti–money laundering) reasons, and I was notified by email.
In the email I received, it was stated that I had never previously made a transfer of this amount from my wallet, that I therefore failed the AML review, and that in order for the transaction to be completed, I would need to deposit an additional 23,955 USDT into my account.
During this process, I was asked to submit a photo showing both my identity document and my face, which I did. This image was accepted. Despite this, my transactions were still not unlocked, and I was repeatedly told that I must deposit the additional 23,955 USDT. Even though I clearly stated that I would not deposit this amount, I am not being allowed to retrieve either my principal funds or my accumulated profits, and I am completely unable to perform any transactions.
I believe that the AML justification used within Trust Wallet and the demand for additional USDT are highly suspicious and made in bad faith. I also suspect that the support team involved in this process may be part of this operation.
I am demanding that both my principal funds and my profits be released immediately and returned to me in full, without requiring any additional USDT deposit and without any deductions. I also request that all records related to this so-called AML review, the request for identity photos, and the requirement to deposit additional funds be investigated, and that my grievance be resolved urgently.
