My Trust Wallet Account Hacked and Pitbull Coin Stolen

My Trust Wallet account was hacked, and the Pitbull Coin in my account was converted to BNB and transferred out. I am filing a complaint regarding this issue. I emailed [email protected], but I was unsatisfied with the response I received:

"Hello, your account has been reviewed: your refund request has been approved by the system. There must first be 0.5 BNB Smart Chain network fee in your account for the refund of the requested amounts.

Refund network fees differ from regular network fees. Your network fees will be refunded after your coins are returned. The process will start immediately, and the refund will be credited to your wallet."
