I Found an Unauthorized Token Account Under My Name on Trust Wallet That I Can’t Control

I’m writing this because I feel completely helpless and defrauded. I’ve transferred money several times to fund my account in order to trade digital assets on the so-called Istanbul exchange via Trust Wallet. But now, I can't reach a single person involved, and I still haven’t received my money back.

Worse yet, someone—specifically a person with the initials M.Ö.—created a token account under my name on Trust Wallet without my consent. That account is actively being used to perform hourly buy-sell transactions, and I have no way of stopping or controlling it. It’s operating under my identity, and funds are being moved without my knowledge or approval.

I also have the names of several individuals (including NKSK*) whom I suspect are part of this. This is a major breach of security and trust. I never authorized the creation of this token account or any transactions linked to it.

Trust Wallet must immediately investigate this matter, freeze any unauthorized activity, and return my funds. I’m officially filing a complaint and am prepared to pursue legal action if necessary. This is not just a technical issue—this is about identity theft and financial fraud.
