I Can’t Sell My BSC Coin on Trust Wallet and Support Requests Risky Info

I’ve been using Trust Wallet to manage my crypto assets, including some BSC (Binance Smart Chain) coins, but I’ve run into a serious issue. I currently hold a BSC-based token in my wallet, but I’m unable to burn, transfer, or sell it. No matter what I try, the transaction fails or the option is simply unavailable.

When I reached out to Trust Wallet support for help, they asked me to send all of my wallet information, including full details of my account and transactions. This immediately raised red flags. If I were to share that data, there would be nothing stopping them—or anyone who gets access—from transferring all my funds elsewhere. There are no security guarantees, and no official communication channel that feels trustworthy or transparent.

This situation has left me stuck. I’m unable to move or trade my asset, and the only support I get comes with major privacy risks. For a platform that advertises itself as secure and decentralized, this experience feels anything but.

I’m requesting an immediate, safe and verifiable solution to unlock or dispose of my BSC coin, without having to hand over sensitive wallet credentials. Trust Wallet must offer better protection, clearer instructions, and real support for issues like this.
