I Can't Access My Bitcoin - Trust Wallet Cold Storage Locked Me Out

Hey guys, I just stumbled upon a major security flaw in my Trust Wallet cold storage. Some shady company has gone ahead and blocked my Bitcoin (BTC) in my wallet without even asking me. Can you believe it? I'm really upset and worried about the security of my crypto assets after this unauthorized action. It feels like such a violation.
Once I found out what was going on, I wasted no time in firing off an email to the company, demanding some answers and action. But no one has responded, leaving me in complete silence. It's been days and I'm still waiting for a response or explanation. Can't believe it's taking this long.
