Advance-Fee Recovery Scam Uses Trust Wallet and OKX to Defraud Victim of 42,000 TL

I would like to state the hardship I experienced and a process in which I believe I was defrauded through applications named Trust Wallet and OKX. On Monday, August 25, I clicked on an advertisement on YouTube and filled out a form. Subsequently, a person speaking with an Azerbaijani accent who introduced himself as M S called me, claimed he would recover my lost funds, and asked for my transaction receipts, which I sent. Later, he claimed that my funds were blocked on the blockchain and had me open an OKX crypto investment account.

Following this, this person directed me to someone named A A, who introduced himself as a blockchain expert. This individual instructed me to install the Trust Wallet app. Then, he had me copy and paste certain messages in English to a person named Mr. B, who claimed to be the OKX Turkey representative. A balance of $9,438 appeared in my Trust Wallet account, and they claimed this was my blocked money. Afterwards, under the guise of an "investment certificate," they demanded a payment of $738, equivalent to approximately 42,000 TL, which I paid. They possess the receipt for this payment, but I have serious doubts about whether the money shown in my account is real or merely a fake image.

After this stage, they told me that I needed to make an additional investment of 47,000 TL via Solana, but because I had no money left—and had already suffered other losses around 7,000 TL—I did not comply, and I realized I might have been defrauded. Because I do not speak a foreign language, I was unable to apply directly to the official support lines of Trust Wallet and OKX, which is why I am conveying my experience here.

I demand a clear explanation as to whether the wallet and the displayed balance are genuine, along with a full refund of the approximately 42,000 TL taken from me under the name of an "investment certificate." I request that Trust Wallet and OKX investigate the individuals falsely representing them, take necessary security measures, and take concrete steps to remedy my hardship.
