Truck Simulator Ultimate Wrongly Accused Me of Cheating—Lost My Progress

I have spent a lot of time and money on Truck Simulator Ultimate, playing fairly and never using cheats. I worked hard, earned a lot of in-game money, and enjoyed the game—until suddenly, I was wrongfully accused of using a time cheat.

I don’t even know how time cheats work, yet I was locked out of my account. When I finally managed to log back in after deleting and reinstalling the game, my balance had dropped to only 500,000—all my earnings were gone!

This is extremely unfair and frustrating. Truck Simulator Ultimate, I demand my full balance and progress restored! If this isn’t fixed, I won’t spend another minute or cent on this game!
