Truck Simulator Ultimate VIP Purchase Didn’t Deliver Rewards

I purchased a VIP membership for 50₺ in Truck Simulator Ultimate, which was supposed to include 100,000 in-game cash and a new truck every month. Believing I had received these benefits, I canceled my subscription. But when I checked, I had received absolutely nothing!

I paid for this VIP membership, yet I didn’t get any of the promised rewards. This is completely unacceptable for a paid service! If this is a known issue, how can I fix it? I need urgent support to either receive my VIP rewards or get a full refund.

Has anyone else experienced this? Truck Simulator Ultimate, please fix this issue and deliver what I paid for!
