Unexpected Annual Card Fee After I Switched to Troy
The customer service representative at Yapı Kredi Bank assured me they would assist with card issuances and mentioned that they would waive the card fee. This practice was in effect for my first card, where the annual fee was successfully canceled. Recently, I changed my card to TROY, and I noticed that the annual card fee was charged. Is this change in policy due to the transition to TROY, or is there another reason for this inconsistency? Despite my request, they are refusing to refund the annual card fee.
