Tronscan Did Not Transfer My Balance to My Game Account

$2 was withdrawn from my Maxi account via Tronscan. Out of the $3 total, $1 was taken as a fee, and the remaining $2 has not been credited to my PK365 game account. The game support keeps saying that the transaction time has expired. I’ve asked them multiple times, and they keep repeating the same thing—that they don’t have the money.
