I created a Tripadvisor business account for my company, Class VIP Transfer Antalya, but users still can’t find or access my profile, and the link I added to my website doesn’t open at all. I even tried changing my username, thinking that might fix the issue, but it made no difference—my account remains invisible.
This is severely affecting my business. Potential clients can’t reach my page, which damages both visibility and credibility. I’ve done everything correctly on my end, but the platform isn’t functioning as it should.
Tripadvisor, I’m urgently requesting that you resolve this issue. My account needs to be made public and fully functional immediately. Businesses rely on your platform for exposure—please don’t make us invisible. I expect prompt action and confirmation that the issue has been fixed.
