Trendyol Uses My Money for 30 Days Without Delivering My Order and Won’t Cancel
Dear authorities, I will file a complaint about you to CİMER. Are you using your customers' money for unjust profits through daily repos, for one day, one week, or one month? Why don’t you cancel the orders for products that are declared unavailable as a platform, instead of saying, "There’s a 30-day period, sir"? You take orders and payments for products that cannot be supplied, and then a week later, the seller responds saying they cannot provide the product. Yet, you still say the seller is obligated to supply the product within 30 days and that they have a 30-day window. After 30 days, a product that was originally ₺100 is now listed for ₺200. It seems like Trendyol is trying to use customers' money for repos, interest, etc. (most likely making unjust profits; otherwise, why not cancel the order for a product that’s declared unavailable?). The customer, the buyer, is left in a difficult situation, forced to buy the same product at double the price, while their money is being used, and so on. You’ve made me go through this multiple times before. If I get an unsatisfactory response from CİMER, I will report you to the media. Please do not delete this voice recording today.
