Trendyol Password Reset Fails - No Email for One Month

I forgot the password to my Trendyol account, so I tried using the “forgot password” option to have a password reset link sent to my email address. However, for about a month now, I haven’t received any password reset email to my gmail.com address. I have checked my spam and junk folders multiple times, but no email has arrived. My account is registered with the phone number ending in 8058. I also contacted the Trendyol assistant during this process, but no solution was provided. I request that the password reset link be sent to my email address and that I receive the necessary support to regain access to my account.
