If Travelocity refuses to refund a canceled flight credit they issued;

Ask them to;

• Explain why the refund was issued as credit instead of cash

• Convert the credit back into a refund to your original payment method

If the problem persists;

• Keep all cancellation emails, fare rules, and chat transcripts
• Contact the airline directly to confirm refund eligibility and share this with Travelocity
