I was hoping Atlas Journey Trip Protection thing would save my life in the event of an emergency, it sounded fantastic because it offered to pay for things like medical expenses, lost luggage, and trip cancellations, matters became immediately convoluted when I had to utilise it to cancel my trip. mountains of paperwork, an eternity of waiting for a response. This is not going according to plan…plus, it became clear that not everything was covered to my satisfaction. Even though I had to buy replacement necessities when my bags went missing during the flight, obtaining reimbursement from the claims department was an entirely different story. Going through all that struggle was hard but I did what they asked for Reimbursement took an eternity! When we do what we need to do, you should too!!!
