Don't Trust FanShield To Cover Your Trip Disasters!

This ticket insurance turned out to be a total scam! They make it sound like they'll cover everything if your trip gets messed up, but then when something actually happens, they wiggle out of it. bought their insurance for my recent trip, thinking it would be a safety net in case of bad weather. Well, there were these crazy tornado warnings and the roads were all closed, so I had to cancel. I figured that's exactly what the insurance was for! But when I tried to claim it, they wanted a million documents and stuff, and then they still denied it. on top of not paying me back, the whole claim process was a nightmare. It felt like they were making things difficult on purpose, just to avoid paying out. This company definitely doesn't deserve good marks for their shady tactics. Learn from my mistake – stay away from their ticket insurance! You'll be glad you did.
