My Trip Is Getting Closer Yet No Upgrade Done By Travelex Insurance
I wanted to upgrade my membership because I added a few things to my trip in August. It's been over a week since I contacted them, but their workflow is so slow that I'm worried it won't be done by my flight on August 5th. I've tried everything, including filling out the online form on their website. You can't even get ahold of Delta Airlines by phone unless you're willing to spend your whole day on hold, which I did, but every time we start from scratch. They keep asking for documentation repeatedly. What is this, No Coordination Land? I see Travelex as deliberately putting up so many forms, delays, and requirements to discourage me and all others from completing the process and giving us our rights.
