While playing Travel Town, I purchased two 77 TL energy packs. However, due to a connection error, the system charged me for three packages even though only two were delivered to my account.
I verified my in-game balance and confirmed that I only received the two packages I intended to buy. Despite this, my payment history clearly shows three separate charges.
This is unfair and misleading. I play Travel Town regularly, but issues like this make the experience frustrating. I kindly request the refund of the extra 77 TL charge to my account without further delay.
