TransferGo Transaction Sent to Santander Poland Has Not Arrived

On October 19, 2025, I transferred $103 from my Akbank Mobile account to my own account at Santander Bank in Poland using the IBAN number. I did not receive any error messages during the transaction, and the amount appears as deducted from my account. However, today is October 21, and the money has still not reached the recipient account — it has essentially gone missing.
After the transfer, I contacted customer service and was told to wait 24 hours. I waited, but three days have passed with no solution. Despite speaking with multiple representatives, no progress has been made. The transaction receipt number ends in 1347. I had previously made similar transfers without any issues; this is the first time I’ve encountered a problem like this.
I request that this issue be resolved urgently — either the transferred amount must reach the recipient account, or it must be refunded to me in full.
