My Surveoo Membership Deletion Request Unresolved

I registered on the Surveoo platform using the email address k**********@gmail.com. Due to security concerns, I request that my account and all of my personal data be permanently deleted. A password was requested for a paid membership, but I did not enter any password, nor have I made any payments or activated any paid subscription. In accordance with data protection laws, I request that my account and all related information be permanently deleted as of October 26, 2025.
I also expect written confirmation via email once the deletion process has been completed.
