Western Union Delays in International Money Transfers

Using Western Union to send money abroad has been a frustrating experience. Instead of facilitating a quick transfer, the process feels unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. The money I sent was delayed and held up for an extended period, leaving the recipient waiting. Sending money internationally should not be this difficult.

This experience has convinced me never to use Western Union again for my transactions. If sending money requires this much hassle, I might as well deliver it in person. I expect Western Union to address this issue, ensure smooth transfers in the future, and improve their service reliability. Prompt resolution and better customer care are necessary to regain trust.
