Cancellation of Recurring Payments by Tracelo
Good morning, I’m Amelia T****. I found my phone after my son lost it, so I didn’t see or read that the Tracelo subscription would be a recurring payment. I thought it was just a one-time payment. Now I’m asking Tracelo to cancel this payment that is being charged to me every day. I don’t have the money, and you keep taking the money I need for transport. Please cancel it—I don’t want it anymore. I’m kindly asking Tracelo to cancel it immediately.
